emotional
Sacred
experience .
An honor
and a privilege.

He calls me “his future”

& I promise him
we’ll move forward together

He said

When we battled health challenges –
the only way I was able to make it thru and be of service was to keep up the fight AND
the joy of our love

We live in joy , beauty, art & nature

I did not want
nor have the luxury of tears

And

I’m not giving in to them now

I’m gonna stick with the gratitude
the blessings of this

true

eternal

love

I can’t hold back all the tears (and I know it’s not healthy to do so)

But I CAN focus on our partnership

and

what it stands for

I can actually laugh sometimes

at his hilarious statements

(he said “we’ll never make it through this without our sense of humor “ but I didn’t fully understand)

and

I cry WITH him when I read his sadder notes

Miraculously he is still with me
Just as he promised.
I’ll share more stories about that in future.
