It’s no joke,

Indie Artists ARE an #EndangeredSpecies
Parts, poached by large+small media daily.
It’s subtle, parts of a work can b cannibalized + applied to one project this year, with other parts used next year… no attribution, no compensation.

Ideas + expressions ARE literally, life-blood to the artist … in cases of theft, … often nobody will believe the artist … or a battle must be waged against high powered lawyers + big money… or … against those with the #chutzpah to just plain lie … Worst of all…
… someday,
that artist may cease to believe in themselves.
That Harms Us All

Yes, it’s possible 4 artists 2 come up with similar ideas + communication can solve it! There ARE those who sue or malign others wrongly … which is why #Communication is the #What to every #Why
If u know an artist,
If u genuinely appreciate their work,
Please DO Let them know it.
It actually CAN b a life + death matter on occasion.
