If u look at my blogs ull see what I mean … + my movies + books are always inspired by my native oceansphere … Today’s experience really ranks up there in the top fifteen, yes we’ve had THAT many mindblowing encounters
A #seagull walked right up to my partner #WingsHauser as if 2 communicate … (yes my partner’s name is #Wings ) lol! So my partner offered him some food, which the bird ate out of his hand …that’s when he noticed the bird had a HUGE #fishinghook WRAPPED round the bird’s neck , where it had nearly slit it’s throat, the #HOOK was embedded in the birds’ webbed foot … within minutes, my partner held this #WildBird in both hands, and painstakingly, removed the hook, unwound the line, freeing the neck, all while the bird’s natural instincts were to bite my partner’s hands lol while looking to ME to rescue him from the #Hero “doctor” lol … Wings tells me that when I sang to the bird he relaxed long enough for him to complete the removal of the hook… A #FlockOfSeagulls circled overhead the whole time, as if to both, watch over + also to lend support for us all bc we were all stressed
After the #WoundedGull flew away … 2 other injured birds mysteriously landed nearby … limping in sympathy or, in a plea for care … or simply in #blessings + #gratitude.
It is we, dear #AnimalSpirits who are grateful to you.

Recently, someone asked me if I suffered from “not having been heard ….” because sometimes in fun I will use BLOCK LETTERS TO EXPRESS MYSELF … I didn’t take his remark too seriously … even though I knew his intent was to shame. I have put some thought into his idiot comment … and I’d like to answer you now. You are correct. I DO suffer from “not having been heard” … As do many of us, perhaps even you – the shamer – with your cup of hubris running over some fallacious pride-stitched sack of self satisfied security … I believe : WeAreThe System™ and it’s time – to value the Artist in Society because she is the Artist in us all … Our Visual , Music, and Performing Artists are our proudest National Export .. Not the CORPORATE OWNERS of ARTIST STABLES … Nor the MEGA-SALARIED FEW who pluck upon our stages as though this were the privilege of the 1 Percented … the AMERICAN ARTIST DESERVES to STAY AFLOAT with whatever Demons we happen to face aboard our own little rowboats … IF WE LET the ARTIST DIE … We ourselves may SINK … into a CORPORATE WASTELAND of ENTITLED SLAVE-OWNERS … where Scrapping for FOOD is the ONLY ART.
