#DearGlobalFamily : Let’s #DemystifyPeace ; Create a #DepartmentOfGlobalPeace 4 #GlobalFamilyTherapy :  7 #Simple Steps 2 #NegotiationOfConflict  : #PeaceIsPossible #ConflictResolution   #StrategiesForPeace #WorldFamily #LGBT #Women #OneLove

Dear Global Family :

For the sake of All Life on Earth, your family, my family, our cats and dogs, the birds you hear in the morning, the crickets you hear at night, the Eclipse you saw this year, the sunrise, the sunset you saw today, and wish to see tomorrow.

These are Known Strategies for Conflict Negotiations …

Problem Solving is the Key.

We can and must learn to SOLVE Earth’s Problems TOGETHER.

Communication is the Universal SOLVENT :

literally a  “Solution” a SOLUBLE MATERIAL, like WATER.

We can Adapt these Steps, Directly from the Personal to the Political :

from that fight you had last night with your MOM or DAD

to the fight you had last night with your girlfriend or boyfriend … or best friend …

from road rage to the World Stage …

The STAKES are SO effin High right now …

This beautiful blue planet, can no longer afford to be singin’ the blues …

Let’s Help Our #MotherEarth our #MotherOcean find Peace

it’s SO SIMPLE :

It’s not a mystery …

Simple Possibilities For Peace adapted from personal conflict negotiations are workable strategies,  perfectly applicable to nations   :

Personal + Political Negotiations of Conflict

                        Adapted from textbook psychology :

#1                i Clean Up My Side Of the Conflict. Check Myself.

#2                i Ask For What I Want,  But : Without Demands :

With One Exception :

The Human Family Demands from Politicians :

End World Violence / End Harming Others, All Parties Must  Cease Violence in order to COMMUNICATE toward Clear And Fair Negotiations

With ONE GOAL : The Solving of Universal Problems which face all LIFE on Earth.

The Human Family Demands :  Eternal Cease-Fire in order to enable Communication among the People of Earth, for the benefit of all life on earth.

We  SOLVE PROBLEMS  together so we can live, so we can :

“Make A Living, Not a Killing” ™

#3

i Repeat Back to the Other Party :   What I Have HEARD from THEM : What is it that they Want :

Let the Other Party Know they Have Been Heard by me.

Ask for Clarifications.

#4

i Maintain An attitude of Patience And Calm so that Time Will Allow for Adjustments to Peace

Adjustments for Peace include every party behaving with RESPECT toward the other party.

#5

i Renegotiate with Calm Demeanour If Necessary

#6

i SEE it    :   Peace Is Possible

i Refuse:     War

i Refuse :    Violence

#7

I Remember :

Above All :

Health, Happiness, Joy, Love

Are the Goals for Most Humanity, Most Life On Earth wishes for these simple blessings.

Humanity Refuses : To Sacrifice Humanity.

The Global Family Refuses to Harm Life On Earth.

The Global Family,  is Love.

Dream About A Dream, About A Dream ™

by ©Cali Lili 2011, 2014

I Listen

To the Speeches of Dr. King

I Listen

To The Voice of Martin Luther King Jr.

Because I love Great Music.

The Force and Lift of this Great Man’s Words,

This Great Man’s Spirit,

His Voice,

Undeniable.

The Great Mind of this Great Man,

Eternal.

Mother Earth

Is forever Blessed With our Fortune,

Martin Luther King Jr.  Lives

Among us,

Still

Loves us,

So very much.

So,

One day,

I had a Dream Too.

A Dream,

About A Dream,

About A Dream.

In that Dream, I heard the word :  “Woman”

Spoken,

In that Great,

Voice,

The Voice of Justice.

“She” is Equal

In the Voice,Equal to "Man" and “Mankind.”

“She” is “Woman”

And Also

“She” Embodies

The Multiplicity of LGBT

The Blossoming Of Every Gender

Under The Civil Rights Rainbow™

“She” Bridges

“She” Completes the “HerStory"

In “HiStory”

Thus Embracing “Femme” in Every One.

I heard the words :   “Sisters” … and “SisterHood,”

Equal,

To the words “Brother” and “BrotherHood,”

Celebrating Every Gender Identity

On a Never Ending Spectrum

Of Love Equals Love …

I Listen

To the Speeches of Dr. King

And I know

That I hear him right.
