Having never paid much attention to politics — that imaginary “Train” was a political “coming of age” for me –
My worries are always best addressed through my work – so – I asked my all female production crew to join me on pausing pre-production of my feature length indie movie + album – “eVe N’god this female is not yet rated ™”© – a movie + soundtrack (my debut album) that would go on to be an Oscars 2020 Contender — in order to speak up for voting rights and for democracy …
We felt so very strongly — that this nation NEEDED President Obama … so we made this music video in the hopes we might contribute somehow …
Today – we hear that the GOP is once again actively + rabidly attacking this nation’s Democracy + the CRUCIAL #votingrights in #Georgia – and elsewhere in our beloved nation …
